Beginning March 1, 2025, Valant IO no longer supports Windows 10 operating systems. To ensure uninterrupted access and receive all future Valant features, upgrade to Windows 11. This shift aligns with Microsoft's move to end all support for Windows 10 by October 2025. Upgrading now keeps your system secure and compatible with our latest features.
Future Valant software updates and new product features may fail to work as expected if used on a machine running Windows 10. If you have not already made a plan to upgrade your Windows edition from 10 to 11, we strongly recommend beginning the process soon.
System Requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 11
- Processor: 2.0 GHz or higher
- Memory: Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Internet Speed: 20 Mbps or faster

- Log out of Valant prior to this scheduled maintenance window
- Communicate to patients that the MYIO patient portal and secure messaging will be unavailable during this time
- Have a plan for ePrescribing during this maintenance window

During this time, prescription transmissions and related status updates could be delayed by approximately 15 minutes, though the actual delays may be longer.
