Beginning March 1, 2025, Valant IO will no longer support Windows 10 operating systems. To ensure uninterrupted access and receive all future Valant features, upgrade to Windows 11. This shift aligns with Microsoft's move to end all support for Windows 10 by October 2025. Upgrading now keeps your system secure and compatible with our latest features.
New System Requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 11
- Processor: 2.0 GHz or higher
- Memory: Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Internet Speed: 20 Mbps or faster

Change Healthcare Alert
Change Healthcare experienced a cyber security issue and has resolved the matter. Valant's security is not impacted. This issue impacted the Clearinghouse and eLabs. Users can currently submit claims to Change Healthcare. Read more about what Valant users need to know.
Eligibility is not yet available through Change Healthcare.
